Preorder Policy

Waiting time is normally 2–3 weeks.
Website orders require advance payment only. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be placed through Facebook, TikTok, or Telegram.
After the supplier order is placed, customer cancellation forfeits the amount paid.
If the product cannot be supplied, all money paid for that unavailable product is refunded.
The customer is notified if delivery is delayed.

Refund & Exchange Policy

The customer must record one continuous unboxing video, starting before opening the sealed parcel.
Errors, damage, missing items, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A valid error confirmed by the video qualifies for replacement or refund.
No valid unboxing video means no exchange or refund.
Reports made after 24 hours are not eligible.
